Just as our forefathers made victorian hardware, our pieces are individually hand cast and
polished by experienced bronze making Craftsmen. As in any hand made piece, there will
be some very slight surface imperfections and slight color variations. All natural polished finishes are also lacquered to prevent
tarnish.
Lifetime Warranty
Eastern Elegance warrants all its hardware products to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship. This warranty is for the original purchaser.
The following is not covered by this warranty:
Hardware incorrectly installed or used for other than intended purpose.
*** For Warranty Service ***
Package carefully all hardware found to be defective and return postage paid to
address at the bottom of this page. Include original sales receipt with your name and
address for returning the repaired or replaced product(s).
When we receive the product(s), at our discretion, we will either replace or repair
and ship items to you free of charge.
